Chief “get it done” officer (Orchard Operations)

💰 $75,000 – $95,000 + super (based on experience)

At Dandy Produce, we’re building a progressive, high-performing orchard — and we need someone who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen. If you’re the kind of person who sees a problem and fixes it — not walks past it — we want you on our team.

🔧 The Role

This is a hands-on operations role where no two days are the same. You’ll move between machinery, irrigation, fertigation, and team support — keeping the orchard running at its best.

🌿 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operating tractors, spray rigs, and orchard machinery

  • Troubleshooting and fixing mechanical issues

  • Managing fertigation systems and filling tanks

  • Finding and repairing irrigation leaks

  • Supporting and supervising picking crews

  • Keeping daily operations running smoothly
